Abstract This study aims to investigate the role of Palestinian Civic Education in democratic upbringing in basic stage classes. The motive of this study spring from the novelty of civic education aim sat reinforcing democratic concepts among students. It can also play a major role if its topics go in line with the ever going comprehensive development plans of which political developments occupies the front seat. Civic education is seen as a Palestinian societal necessity in the domain of global tendency toward democratic transition. It is also a necessity in the unique Palestinian situation. This requires Palestinian tendency and preparedness to set up an infrastructure for civic education promising of democratic upbringing within the frame of an effective educational system that is comprehensive, systematic, and modern, where it caters for the structure and nature of the Palestinian society and its Arab-Islamic roots in the aspired state of Palestine. Since its launch as an independent course in the Palestinian schools, civic education has been suffering from two obscurities: First, there is vagueness in the philosophical and conceptual frame. This leads to a lack of harmony between the educator and the teaching material which reflects on the students. The second obscurity is imposed by the predominant Palestinian social climate which is notoriously affected by the breakdown of the Israeli occupation and the political situation in Palestine. Such obscurities form an obstacle to the democratic upbringing which might otherwise satisfy the needs of the nation. Democracy in civic education here is offered from the standpoint that it is a quest to catch up with the contemporary needs. Hence, the democratic concepts in the curriculum look parallel to those in the West, not identifying what is close to them in the Arab-Islamic thought which is predominant in the Palestinian society. Such offering with the liberal and capitalist western influence is expected to generate conflict the Palestinian context due to the differences in concepts and grounds between two totally different societies, i.e. religion, culture, civilization, history, ideology, regime, and others. This study concludes that Palestinian civic education should take into consideration the fact that democracy is not a ready-made model that can be applied blindly in Palestine. In other words, democratic upbringing in Palestine should adopt only what rhymes with Palestinian values, laws, history and the peculiar circumstances. |

Abstract This study aims at recognizing the importance of Jerusalem and Al Masjed Al Aqsa, also to pinpoint where it was mentioned in the Holy Quran and sayings of prophet Mohammed (peace on him), and the historical significance of the holy land. The study followed historical and analytical research methodology by collecting data from the accounts of great travelers and celebrities who lived and occupied the land of Palestine. The study was organized and divided into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion each one took an important aspect of the holy land. The first chapter of the study took the importance of the Holy land and Al Masjed Al Aqsa as it was mentioned in the Holy Quran. Furthermore, the study tracked the places where it was mentioned and significance of these verses. The second chapter discussed the importance of the holy land and Al Masjed Al Aqsa as it was mentioned in the sayings of the prophet (peace on him), in this chapter there was a thorough analysis of the significance of the these sayings. Abstract This research camein five chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter I talked about the meaning of God's approach tribulation, and the meainig of oradeal and attraction. Then I explained the Almighty God's approach in thorough examining, which is a general approach applied to all people. In chapter two, I tackled sorts of tribulation through explaining tribulations in property, body, offspring and wife citing examples. In chapter three, I dealt with sorts of tribulation in various aspects such as creed obedience and affluences with examples. In chapter four, I approached tribulation in the context of the work for God's sake, I showed with examples the methods adopted by the idols in hindering the work for the sake of the religion. In chapter five, I dealt with the tribulation in the life of prophet Mohammad, peace by upon him and his companions in Almadeenah Almonawarh. I demonstrated some features of tribulation imposed on the prophet and his companions during Al'gazawat (i-e campaigns) and I cited examples from Gazwat Ohod and Gazwat Alkhndaq. Then I mentioned some examples related to the tribulation of believers practiced by the hypocrites. I concluded the research in brief to the necessity and importance of adherence to patience and creed whatever the circumstances might be.

Abstract
Praise be just to Allah, and Allah's blessing and peace be upon his best worshiper whom he has chosen to inform His message and render the uprightness. He has advised the nation and left it on the right white track with its night as clear as its day which is only deviated by a perishable. I have exhaustively dealt with the topics of fear and hope in the Holy Quran, tackling their parts and showing their praised and dispraised. In addition, I have mentioned their causes which stimulate seriousness, persistence and hard work after taking the causes into account and having trust in Allah. I have also searched into the virtues of fear and hope and the positive effects resulting from them. Hence, the greatest of such virtues is that which Allah brings them in Paradise and takes them under His satisfaction. In this concern, Allah says, "But for him who fears the standing before his Lord, their will be two Gardens (i.e., in Paradise)" (Arrahmaan:46). He also says, "Allah will be pleased with them, and they with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord" (Albayinah:8) One of the virtues of hope is opening one's door of expectation and putting out despair and hopelessness of him. In this regard, Allah says, "Say: O 'Ibadi' (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful!"Az-Zumar:53). One of the effects resulting from fear and hope is commitment to the right track which satisfies Allah and brings one into Paradise. |

Abstract This study included taking about the meaning of the judiciary and deliverance of, the difference between them, the importance of the judiciary independence and the conditions of the judge and his properties in general. Then it removed to talk particularly about Al-Faruq (may God be pleased with him) and his judgment during Pre-Islam and Islam including The prophet (peace be upon him) era, Abu Baker era and his era and his methods in judiciary. Then I followed it with study about the bases of Al-Faruq judgment and example of it. I concluded the research with a final chapter about claim source and evidence through Omer letter (may God be pleased with him) to Abu Mosa Al-A'sh'ari which included talking about testimony, oath, Al-qasaama (an oath given by fifty men when a man is found killed in their neighborhood that they didn't kill him) and the judge refract of his verdict and what result from it.

Abstract Thanks God thanking that equals his blessings and grants equivalence to his increase and pushes away affliction and indignation from us and you, asking the most High God's praise to bless us in our religion and world and to increase us more knowledge and protection, and then: People's interest in dealing with credit cards is greater today than any other past time, and it is of the banking applications that spread and for its necessary need for learning to all what may relate to legal (shari) principles, especially after the Islamic banks had started issuing them. This research which carries the title of the banking credit cards in the Islamic Fiqh has been presented for attaining the master degree in the Figh and legislation at the Faculty of High studies of An-Najah National University. My research this has acceded in five chapters. In the first chapter I spoke about the history of banking credits, the economic nature for these cards industry the general qualities to the sort's of cards, the conditions related to each card. In the second chapter, I spoke about the technical and economical formation to the kinds of cards, the nature of the currency used, the allowed period for repay, the credit ceiling and then to the aim of issuing the cards and their revenues. In the third chapter, I spoke about the concept of credit and tastes acquainting to credit cards and their distinguish from others, the responsibilities thrown on the shoulders of the card parts, the results falling on dealing with them. I showed the card benefits and misbenefits for each part of its parts. Then I spoke about some controlling precisions of the card. In the fourth chapter, I spoke about the Fiqhi adapting among the card parts and illustrating the contemporary scientists sayings in this, and the trial of giving preponderance on this, and then classifying each part into its class referring to the preponderant saying. In the last chapter I spoke about the legal (Shari) sides relating to dealing with credit cards, and the manner of receipt in the cards foaming changing, purchasing gold and silver through them. Then I spoke about of judgment of giving prizes through them and in the pinion of insurance the effect of the corrupt condition of this deal. At last, I spoke about the legal (Shari) substitutes suggested to the cards. Then, the end, I showed the most important things I come to in this subject, I ask Almighty Allah to grant me the correct. He is respondent Hearer. |
