The researcher has concerned with the meaniy of the conciliation in language and AL-shareah then the researcher has clarified the importance , the main elements and the aim of this contract . The researcher clarified the structure of this contract in some financial treatment in the Islamic feqh . Whether they are in exchanging contract , aid contract or the treatments that are constructed on the marriage contract or the financial treatments that follow the death . The researcher has concluted his study talking about the main effects of this contract, ther tallsed about the dropping and the obligatory of this contract , further more he talks about canceling it , there he implied practical issues about this contract. |
